Infection on scrotum
Two days back I noticed that my scrotum (testicle skin) becoming red and dry with flaky skin..started with left side one..now small sores also developing which irritates and burning ... i dont have any other health issues as of now.no other fungal infection in mouth or any other areas. no unprotected sexual contact history too.please suggest.

Hi This could be a fungal skin infection. Use a topical antifungal cream prescribed by your family doctor twice daily. Keep skin dry especially groin area. Use talc. Make sure your underclothes are washed properly and soap gets rinsed out. Wear loose cotton clothes.
