Infection on penis
2-3 months back I had contracted some sort of fungal infection on the penis. At that time, I was prescribed Micogent ointment, which solved the issue at that time. Recently the infection has come back. Also this time there are cuts on my foreskin which is making it difficult to pull it back. The penis is now itchy and gives a burning sensation when it is hard. I applied Micogent ointment again, but it is not working as effectively as the last time. Please advise an alternate medication.
