I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zenflox-plus twice a day after food for 3 days.
Tab. Medomol 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month .
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
