Infection in penis
For last two weeks i observed some painless red spots, rashes with sort of blister and smelly substance under the foreskin of my penis. I applied CLOBEN-G which gave momentarily relief but it has emerged again. Pl advice me the cure or the doctor to treat the prob. I take utmost care for persobal hygiene.

You have to rule out Diabetes Mellitus. It is common to find Balanitis in these patients. A dermatologist visit is essential
