Infection chances
At barber shop had a very minor cut by hair cutting scissor on my skin (very minor dot shape cut) during my moustache levelling but no bleeding happened and it's not a deep skin cut is there chance of HIV infection?

0.3 percent chances. As in 3 persons in 1000 people can get. Those 0.3 percent who get, get exposure from a hollow needle withinfected blood. In your case, chances are negligible since the exposure source is unknown but the exposure types is almost negligible.  So don't worry.
