Infection/ bacteria but can't find
I'm suffering from Angular chelitis Constipation Retrograde ejaculation Pearly papsules Pain in testi Hair loss Weak bones Blood test are normal, except Basophils are 0, lymphocytes are 46, MPV is 11.8 When I took prescribed antibiotics, all these symptoms got better but comes again. Urine culture didn't show any infection. Please suggest more accurate test
