Infection around penis
My skin around penis does not slip back and has white spots and cracks. earlier it used to slip back 2 years back but since 2 years its getting closure and not slipping back

Hello.......Acquired phimosis is a consequence of poor hygiene, forceful retraction of the tight foreskin over the glans penis and recurrent infections.Since you mentioned there is crack and spots it could due to infection.. Or if you had pulled it back forcefully, that could be the reason.
