Ineffective esophageal motility
I don't know how to approach this problem as the reason for this problem still not clear,I feel hungry but difficulty in swallowing as there's some obstruction in between so, kindly suggest me how to cure this ineffective esophageal motility and does this problem have solution or not? Kindly help mam/sir.

This can be achalasia cardia.. however history is required to rule out other conditions.
