My total bilirubin is 3.82 out of which indirect is 3.32. Someone has highly recommended carduss mar 10 drops 3 times a day.. need detail suggestion on it

Since how long your indirect bilirubin is raised ,if it is recent then do proper investigation ,if it is always ,say whenever you are checking bilirubin ,the indirect bilirubin is high ,the probably you are suffering from Gilbert's disease ,and this may remain for a life time without harming you ,so cheer up .
