Indigestion problems

Hi doctor, I am unable to have a follow up with Dr. Huda Shaikh further. She has advised to take Ajwain with warm water before going to bed for indigestion problems. Not sure about the right way to take that whether grinding Ajwain as powder and mixing it along with water or raw as chewing it. Plz help me out. Kindly advice me if there is any other way to improve better digestion and to have regular bowel movements.

Hi welcome - Ajwain is good but also add plenty of fiber rich foods like whole wheat, corn, pulses, green leafy vegetables, 2 -3 PCs all types fruits including citrus. Do not work late night ,early sleep & early awake. Little more water. Timely meals mainly fibers full.vegetables more.
