Indecisiveness
I've been suffering from being indecisive since a long time. Now, it is affecting my career and my work is the most important thing for me right now. I'm working as a teacher but I constantly doubt myself and compare myself to others even if I give my 100% to the job. I don't know what to do. Do I need psychiatric help?

You don't need a psychiatrist. You should see a counsellor who can help you gain your confidence.
