I have gall bladder stones and i do rigourous exercises too. I am 28 years old with 95 kg weight. I have been exercising since dec 2016 however the weight on the belly is not at all reducing. I do not eat outside food. My diet is just breakfast with museli and two chapatis for lunch with veggies and same for dinner. Pleasw help me. I am getting too much concerned now. Instead of decreasing my weight is only increasing.

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
