Hi,I am 25 year old and my weight is 67kg I am so worried seeing myself and the increasing weight I have stop taking white rice,potatoes,sugar but still no result is coming .Can you please suggest what to do.

Hello, Weight gain nowadays is a very common problem. There could be medical,psycological or just lifestyle habits which could be a cause. Let's talk about each one in brief.
