Increasing of pcod

Last month My wife missed her perioud she is not pregnant we went to the doc and she said pcod is increasing thats why
Doc recommend her sysron ncr but after having the sysron she facing vomiting and headache after that doc chenge the medicines now doc said take drotin plus so my question is is it same medicine or my wife can take this.
