Increased WBC
My father in law has increased wbc ( 13000 +) current status previously it were appx 16000 . He is taking steriods - dosage variation with his readings from 10 mg to 25 mg. He is on this medication from past 10 months . No signs of improvement inspite he is become diabetic now which he was not . What best treatmet would be suggested.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. But it would have been better if you had posted photos the prescriptions your father is taking treatment for. Because primarily we will need to know why he is taking steroids for such long duration. The raised wbc could be due to some infection. He will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a general physician with all his reports for further evaluation.
