I can understand your concern.
If TSH is so high, then we would need to know what caused it to increase so much?
Were you not taking your medications regularly?
If not, then what's the point of prescribing?
Start with tab. Thyronorm 100mcg daily and get it checked out again after a month.
Consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
