Increased Prolactin levels
Suffering from acne for past 4-5 months. Never had acne before. Cycles regular but had ovulation spotting during last cycles. Chronic fatigue. Mood disturbance. Thyroid tests normal. Prolactin is 36.5ng/ml tested on 3rd day of menstruation. LH is 6.88 and FSH 11.2. Can it be PCOS? Kindly suggest treatment.
