Increased hypertension in IVF treatment
I am hypertensive from the past 6 years. On Amlodipine 2.5mg for the past 6 years and switched to Cilnidipine 10 mg from last month.
I am taking IVF treatment ( 4 earlier cycles failed) An embryo transfer is due this month and started taking progynova 2mg thrice a day. Lupride 0.5mg inj and Lonopin 20mg inj daily. Folic acid and Ecosprin 75mg once daily.
Taking progynova raises my blood pressure from normal to 160/100. Need medication to control my BP without disturbing my IVF cycle and subsequent pregnancy. Please suggest which doctor (speciality) to consult?

For chronic hypertension it's better you visit a physician and do dose and bp monitoring
