Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have hypothrodism and undergoing thyroxine medication for past 2months. As dose has been increase I m having some health issues like delay period mild cramp sometimes and burning sensation of feet and increased body temperature. Should I stop the medication or continue? Can u tell me what's the problem?
