Increased body heat
Due to increase in the body heat there are lot of pimples on my face and back body ..please help me out any medication like tablet or sirup which can reduce body heat

Acne can be treated with facewash, tablets and creams. If you are getting recurrent acne, we also need to find the underlying cause in patients of your age. Also weight issue which we call metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance can manifest as acne. Please send photos with detailed history and proper consult or visit a dermatologist for the same.
