I have an increase of eosinophils in mi blood ,Can increase in eosinophils cause both asthma and cancer?

Increase in eosinophils shows that your body is prone to some sort of allergy ,In asthma cases also increase in eosinophils can be seen.More details like the level of raised eosinophils ,and if you have any other symptoms like asthma,sneezing , allergy etc.to be known to explain in detail,the data is insufficient
