Hello I am btech student I want to know that how you should consume almond per day to increase brain power. Also it will not cause weight gain

Hi dear to sharpen memory you can consume 4-5 soaked almonds daily along with 4-5 pieces of walnut. You can also consume more of green leafy vegetables. This much amount of nuts won't increase your weight.
