Hi Sir recently I done LFT test in which There is an increase in Level GGT 92 and ALP 149 . I have pan gastritis Problem also. Does this harmful. I never smoke and drink . Rest all parameters of LFT are normal in range. What are the causes of Increased level of GGT and ALP

An ultrasound whole abdomen is the first step to rule out any gall stonr or bile duct stone disease.
If normal then repeat LFT after 1 week to see if everything Normal or worsened.
Next Steps
consult a Gastroenterologist with ultrasound and repeat LFT report
