Increase in sgpt n sgot
Hi Doctor,
I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins . I am currently taking udiliv 450 mg 3 times a days ..as I had increased in my sgot sgpt liver enzymes since second trimester start.
My sgot n sgpt level got reduced in 17th Aug test but they got increase again as per yesterday's test attached are the screenshot .
Weeks before when sgot n sgpt were above 100 then bile acid , Ana and AMA test were done and all were OK.
Please suggest what to do .I generally avoid outside food nd spicy food but yes from last 1-2 days I had to consume due some odd reason can that be contributor to this increase as my itching has also increased.

they are mildly elevated, you can continue udiliv. you didnt mention your full LFT report. difficult to comment on itching issue.
