Increase HR on standing
Whenever I stand suddenly after sitting for long or after laying my heart rate increases from 80 to 120-130 and feels like heart pounding, I did my ECG 2 times that was normal and 2D echo few months ago that was normal. What is this going on?

My advice is to get your blood pressure checked on standing position after 3 min of standing and look for any fall in blood pressure. U might be suffering from POTS ( postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)
