My twin boys are of 2months now. Breastfeeding is my main concern. I had c section n m pumping from 1 n a half month when I feel nursing is not possible for me.
Now m giving 2 to 3 formula feeding (lactogen)..with my pumped milk...
I really want to increase my supply...plz tell me abt fenugreek tablet and brewers yeast are the useful ??can I consume them?? How to consume them for better results??
