Milk is mainly water, protein and fats. 1) Plenty of fluids including water and fruit juices will keep you hydrated 2) Taking adequate amount of proteins like egg white, chicken, Daal, dairy products, soyabeans etc 3) Carbohydrates and little amount of refined vegetable oils will be sufficient for fats. Try to breast feed while sitting. Nipples should be properly placed inside babies mouth. Please breast feed in a calm room and do not watch TV or talk to someone while breast feeding. Focus on your baby while breast feeding. It helps in prolactin secretion which increases breast milk production. There are some health supplements which help in increasing breast milk production also. Please consult for further management.
