How to increase bone density?
Two steps
First: Identify the cause why bone density is low in a person? This is related to Food/ sleep/ work pattern. Age is a triggering factor.
Food: eating dry or fat free food decreases calcium absorption in colon.
Habit of Consuming acidic / fermented/ soda containing foods like citrus fruits, canned juices, fresh citrus fruit juices, soft drinks, baking soda / powder added foods, fridge kept fermented batter, drinking of buttermilk, etc liquids.
And drinking excess water without thirst when body is not in need reduces density of bone by decreasing absorption of calcium in colon.
Untimely food and untimely sleep habit.
Excess exercise / work even though physical
