Incisional Hernia
Pls suggest if any surgery required now. Patient suffers from acute pain sometimes at the upper part of the stomach. Is this on account of this problem. No other prob as such on account of this.

hi    on ultrasound gap there is 20 mm defect in abdomen wall , but we have to swelling, it needs clinical examination , after that only we can tell need surgery or not. you can choose laparoscopic surgery means they will put small incision . but you consult general surgeon .they will examine and suggest.
