  3. In pain everywhere. I be concerned?

I just got a vaccine shot in both arms and in one arm it hurt more than the other going in specifically the left arm and it was about 2 days ago when i got this shot. Now my left arm really hurts when i move it or touch it, and today i just found out i had a U.T.I and i can't poop should i be concerned ? i took antibiotics and laxatives
