In middle of jaw, knot like thing

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, root canal of my upper teeth is going on. Yesterday I observed one knot or lump on middle of my jaw , like tonsillitis. It realises after pressing it. After pressing, realising one small thing. What it will be? I am really very much scared , please guide me in details . Is it dangerous?

You seem to be having enlargement submandibular lymph node which usually occurs secondary to dental infections for which you are taking treatment. Once dental treatment is done it may resolve. Even if it persist it is not usually a problem
