Sir pla help i qm suffering from aprblem jn my ear actually i feel that multiple voices coming from ears and also that air is passing from here and due to this my head is alao paining too much my concentration is gone while studying and its too much frustating today i am going to do checkup by doctor rajan bahargawa but sir pls help me
