My wife is pregnant since approximately 6 month and today was her date for video xray and that time doctor mention what does "suspician unilateral cleff up and palate is noted" in document file. Please can you explain about this in detail and if needed solution to cure it?

cleft lip and palate are congenital deformities wherein lip and palate of the baby are malformed. treatment is surgery after delivery.
