In 2nd trimester pregnancy
Hi doctors, I am 20 weeks pregnant and 101 kg weight. I am On strict diet. Can I do 8 shaped walking in the morning? Is it beneficial? Kindly confirm if its not safe for my baby? Or is there any other Ways that I can do to reduce my weight while pregnant.. I.e to prepare for my pregnancy. My 1st baby also I had c-section.but there is a gap of 7 yrs now between the two babies.pleasd advice. Thanks

hi , congratulations on your pregnancy. nutritious diet is good for you and the baby . kindly refrain from unhealthy diet practices , walking is safe in pregnancy so u can continue to do so . u can get a pregnancy diet plan made to promote health for u and your baby . also do go for regular anc check ups . 8 shaped walking or infinity walk is promoted by some physiotherapists .. but i am yet to see scientific data on it.. regular walk should suffice for you.
