I am 20 weeks
pregnant and 101 kg weight. I am On strict diet. Can I do 8 shaped walking in the morning? Is it beneficial? Kindly confirm if its not safe for my baby? Or is there any other Ways that I can do to reduce my weight while pregnant.. I.e to prepare for my pregnancy. My 1st baby also I had c-section.but there is a gap of 7 yrs now between the two babies.pleasd advice.
