Implantation or period? Is going on?

Hello, first off I had my period from February 27 till March 3 which for me 5 days is normal. I had some spotting exactly 7 days after my period from March 10-12 which is ovulation spotting. My next period was due March 28th, but I didn't get it I started to bleed this afternoon at first it was pinkish brown and mucusy. Then a couple hours later it was cotton candy pink, then redish pink. It has not been enough to fill a pad at all. I've had pinching pain yesterday before this but no cramps, no back pain, no pms symptoms at all. But still pinching pains in lower abdomen and had very few moments where I have dizzy spells while sitting down and heart feels fast when I'm just sitting or simply standing..... What is going on? This would be my second pregnancy if it's implantation.
