Implantation bleeding or periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have undergone treatment to concieve last month .. my periods date was on 3rd of this month .. but it started bleeding on 5th of this month without any periods pain is this implantation bleeding or my periods?? I had a urine pregnancy test on 4th it showed negative .. what will be next step .. ? Help me out!!!
