Impact of duration and quality of sleep
Does it matter at what time one goes to sleep so long as the person is getting around 5 - 6 hours of sleep? For example, suppose if one goes to sleep very late by around 2:30 a.m and wakes up by 8:30 a.m, would it have any adverse impact on the heart?

Sleep time should be between 10pm  to 6 am according to circadian rhythm of body. Average sleep time should be at least 7 hrs. In long run sleep time  not in accordance with physiological rhythm of body will have deleterious effect.
