Immunity issue, itching in rectum

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Last OCt 2016, had an intercourse with unknown woman, condom broke for a second. In dec 2016 got infected with sore throat then followed by itching in anus,weight loss, white formation in tongue, took hiv rapid elisa and western blot between march to april 2017 all negative, all std negative, now suffering from genital pains, frequent urination and weakend muscles. Please advise
