My immunity is very weak..i want to increase it with natural ways like excercise and other thing..and i also want to build muscles..my age is 14 yrs..pls suggest something...

Start with 3 Suryanamaskara everyday early morning in empty stomach.
For every 3 days increase a Suryanamaskara.
Do upto 10 Suryanamaskara, then little bit warmup exercise & at the end Shavasana for 5 min.
