Sir as we know third wave which can affect kids more...can you suggest zinc course and other supplements courses to baby .some easily available brands with dose.. toddler age 2.5 years weight 13.5 kg and plz suggest vaccine for myself age 32 which is effective sputnik or covaxin or covisheild

Hi..firstly give ur kid protein rich diet milk,egg etc and 1 fruit with vit C everyday...Avoid unnecessary visits to public places...Vit C tab 1/2 daily...zincovit syrup 5ml daily can be added if he is a fussy eater
