Redness in my cheeks, whiteheads and pimples are the main problems. Is it because of a bad diet? My skin turns very rough and exfoliating doesn't help. Neither does salicylic acid cleansers. They dry me out more. Do I need to see a dermatologist?

Hi
You seem to be having physiological acne. This is due to underlying hormonal change that is normal for your age. However lifestyle issues like stress and anxiety and eating junk food also aggravates acne. Please eat healthy and avoid junk food . Avoid dairy products and exercise regularly.
Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products. It is necessary to care for your skin now to prevent long term conditions like acne scars.
