Illusion of eyes
Says somebody from opposite house taking his photo even though none does so. Tried to explain nothing like that. But he doesn't accept it. Always stares at the window . What to do? False illusion.. Keeps scolding and quarrel with them.

For illusion ,eyes are not responsible but it is the brain responsible for such illusion.
