I've just been recently blood tested for herpes 2 and my IgG antibody values came back at a 1.18 and IgM of 2.73. Does this mean I am definitely positive for herpes 2 or should further testing be done?

If IgG is positive then you are suffering from herpes.
If IgM is positive then you have had previous infection.
You need to be examined for any active lesions.
