If husband and wife have same nadi dosha

Dear sir If husband & wife have same nadi dosha as per Indian astrology but different blood group then it will effect the child birth or no pregnancy or health related issue for child. Can you please answer scientifically it effect any of the above reason. Thanks in advance

Different blood group are not affect the baby.. if mother is having Rh negative blood group then need to monitor child growth more closely.
