I done( oral sex unprotected) with ankown after that I done 4th gen test after 61 days and retested after75 days 4th gen test and re tested in ICTC center 91 days all negative bur
I have some symptoms after 1 months exposure symptoms started like white tounge and weakness and fatigue weight loss10 kg in 2 months .

If you've taken the test and the results are negative, then I don't think you should worry. However, you may want to seek testing for other sexually transmitted infections.
