Ichy Bumps after Shower

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I usually get ichy bumps on my body after shower and within hour it gets fade away. It usually happens when i m sweating or took shower. Rest of the day nothing happens. I feel it happens when My body sweat or i take shower or body comes in contact of water. Any suggestions?
