ICD / pacemaker
After a sever heart attack with one of the artery blockage of 90%, angioplasty was done and later due to weak heart muscles, doctor recommended for ICD. ICD and pacemaker both are same? If not can you please explain me the difference between them.? Thanks in advance

Hello, Yea they both are same. It is helpful in proper functioning of heart. Doctor.might have told because his heart SA node is mot functioning properly. Then it is good to go for it asap. Thank you
