  3. IBS, colitis, duedonitis. But no relief.

I am suffuring from mucus in stool, mild pain in stomach and gastric and weight loss since one year. took lot of medicine but no relief. taking medicine mebiz sr, refraxim 400, probiotic capsule, rabinith dsr capsules but no relief. pls suggest me suitable treatment for my problem.

Rx Kurch Q Dosage :-6drops with some water T.D.S Mere Sol 2c Dosage 6am daily 2drops. S.k.ghosh/11.5.2016.
