Iam loosing more hair from 6 months and I have lots of dandruff in my hair  suggest diet and medicine that can reduce hair fall

hey, there are shampoos like ketaconzol shaompoo ,aplly it leave for five min and then rise ,if not subsiding consult dermatologist
