Hello i got married 6 months back not yet planned for baby but iam getting severe pains during menses and the menses are getting irregular too recently i got ultrasound scanning done and i got diagnosed with adenomyosis in the posterior endometrium which is 28 /18mm in measurement . i just wanted to know the trearment options and clarity about whether i get any issues regarding conceiving due the present problem
